FRESH LIVESTOCK TO HONG KONG
The supply of fresh livestock to Hong Kong is part of GDH's traditional business. GDH subsidiary Guangnan Hong Company Limited ("Guangnan Hong") has been the major supplier of fresh livestock to Hong Kong. Up to the end of 2009, Guangnan Hong acted as agent for importing and distributing up to 85% of live chickens, 45% of live large pigs, 30% of live medium-sized pigs and 10% of live cattle from mainland China to Hong Kong.

GDH's retail operations are comprised of two types of shops, department store and outlets, under the two brands "Teemall Department Stores" and "Teemall Outlets". Teemall Department Stores is a leading player in the retail industry with a strong reputation. Its annual single-store sales ranks among the top three in Guangzhou.
