RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY

GDH's property companies invest in, develop and manage China properties and have around 18 years' experience in high-quality residential development. Subsidiary Guangzhou Panyu Yuehai Real Estates Limited was the first real estate company in China to introduce a Hong Kong style model for residential communities. Its Panyu Riverside Garden has received many honors, including the United Nations Centre for Human Settlement's gold prize for "National Excellent Residential Community and Environment" in China.

Completed GDH property projects include Riverside Garden in Guangzhou, Riverside Garden in Panyu, and Riverside Garden in Huiyang, while projects under development include three projects in Tai Kang Road, Zhu Guang Road and Wen Chang Road in Guangzhou, Jialuhua Garden in Zhongshan and the Baishijia project in Panyu.

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY

Commercial property is an important part of GDH real estate business. GDH has invested in and manages a number of commercial properties in Hong Kong and Guangzhou. Teemall plaza in Guangzhou, with a site area of 44,000 sq. m. and GFA of 330,000 sq. m., is made up of an extensive shopping mall, a 45-storey grade-A office building and a five-star hotel, GDH Sheraton Hotel.

Tianjin Teem Shopping Mall is a project under development of the Group. With a total GFA of about 193,100 sq. m., Tianjin Teem Shopping Mall is expected to commence business operation by 2013.

INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

Industrial property is part of GDH's property business. GDH is mainly engaged in the development, investment, construction and management of industrial property and auxiliary facilities. Currently, GDH owns a number of factory buildings in the Pearl River Delta with an area of around 400,000 sq. m, and has initiated a large industrial property development project in the Yangtze River Delta. The construction of GDH Changzhou Riverside Industrial Park with an area of 100,000 sq. m. and the renting have been completed while the construction of GDH Changzhou Airport Industrial Park with an area of 100,000 sq. m. has been completed and is in the process of renting.
