GDH Industrial Park
Industrial property is part of GDH's property business. GDH is mainly engaged in the
development, investment, construction and management of industrial property and auxiliary facilities. Currently, GDH manages a number of
factory buildings in the Pearl River Delta with an area of around 400,000 sq.m, and has initiated a large industrial property development project
in the Yangtze River Delta. The construction of GDH Changzhou Riverside Industrial Park and Changzhou Airport Industrial Park I with an
area of 200,000 sq.m. together with the renting process have been completed. Now, we are doing deep research to the Changzhou Airport
Industrial Park II.

operators in the Pearl River Delta.
The supply of fresh livestock to Hong Kong is part of GDH's traditional business. GDH's
subsidiary Guangnan Hong Company Limited ("Guangnan Hong") has been the major supplier of fresh livestock to Hong Kong. Up to the end
of 2010, Guangnan Hong acted as agent for importing and distributing up to 85% of live chickens, 45% of live large pigs, 30% of live
medium-sized pigs, 10% of live cattle and 12% of iced fresh pork from mainland China to Hong Kong.
