Commercial property is an important part of GDH real estate business. GDH has invested in and manages a number of commercial properties in Hong Kong and Guangzhou. Teemall plaza in Guangzhou, with a site area of 41,000 sq.m. and GFA of 330,000 sq.m., is made up of an extensive shopping mall, a 45-storey grade-A office building and a five-star hotel, GDH Sheraton Hotel.

Tianjin Teem Shopping Mall is a project under development of the Group. With a total GFA of about 193,100 sq.m..

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY

Residential property is an important part of GDH real estate business. GDH's property companies invest in, develop and manage China properties. During 20 years, GDH has adhered to the idea of "goodness, poetry and harmony", focusing on high-quality residential development. An associate company Guangzhou Panyu Yuehai Real Estates Limited was the first real estate company in China to introduce a Hong Kong style model for residential communities. Its Panyu Riverside Garden has received many honors, including the United Nations Centre for Human Settlement's gold prize for "National Excellent Residential Community and Environment" in China.

Presently, GDH and its associate company have developed several residential projects, including Riverside Garden in Guangzhou, Riverside Garden in Panyu, Riverside Garden in Huiyang and Jialuhua Garden in Zhongshan while projects under development include several projects in Tai Kang Road, Zhu Guang Road and South Wen Chang Road in Guangzhou, Baishijia project in Panyu and Daya Bay project etc.

GDH's retail operations are comprised of two types of shops, department store and outlets, under the two brands "Teemall Department Stores" and "Teemall Outlets " . Teemall Department Stores is a leading player in the retail industry with a strong reputation. Its annual single-store sales ranks among the top three in Guangzhou.

HOTELS & HOTEL MANAGEMENT

Guangdong (International) Hotel Management Holdings Limited is wholly owned by Guangdong Holdings International hotel management group. Currently GDH manages hotels throughout Hong Kong, Macau, the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta , Bohai Rim, the Central Plains, Southwest and other regions.
